How and when do you take payment?

Acceptable payment methods are cash, debit card or major credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX or Disc).

Credit/debit card are processed on the delivery date of the dumpster.

Cash payments must be picked up at delivery.

Contractors, with approved credit apps, may be invoiced.
How much weight can I put in my dumpster?

Heavy materials, including rock, dirt, concrete, and plaster, are restricted to one cubic yard per container, regardless of size.

Exceeding the weight limit will result in a prorated charge of $65 per ton.
How soon can I get it?

We typically provide delivery on a "next business day" basis but strive to accommodate same-day deliveries whenever possible.
When will it be picked up?

Standard residential placements are available for up to 20 days, with options for shorter or longer durations upon request.

Licensed contractors may be eligible for extended rental periods.

We contact every customer 1-2 days before the scheduled pickup to confirm the dumpster is ready.
Where will it be placed?

Roll-off dumpsters can be placed wherever the customer requests, as long as it does not pose a safety hazard.

Street placements must adhere to local regulations and may require a permit, which could incur additional costs.

Lawn placements require the customer to sign a waiver.
Will it damage my driveway?

All our containers are equipped with wide rollers for added protection.

We also provide wooden boards to safeguard driveways, ensuring full protection for new, stamped, or faux finishes.

Our dumpsters are designed to never come into direct contact with the ground.
How full can I fill my roll-off dumpster?

Dumpsters can be filled level with the top edge of the container, depending on the material.

The installed tarp must fit securely over the dumpster at the time of pickup.

Overloaded dumpsters may require customers to remove excess materials to ensure safe transportation.
Will the load be covered?

Yes, we will cover the loads with a tarp before we transport it.
Does someone need to be home or at the placement location?

No, there's no need to be present at the delivery location as long as the container is paid for, the area is accessible, and clear placement instructions are provided.
Can I move the container?

No, roll-off dumpsters are designed to be moved only by specially equipped vehicles. Attempting to move them with other machinery may result in property or dumpster damage.
Are there really no hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges—unlike many larger companies, we have no delivery fees, no fuel fees, and no service charges.

Additional costs may apply for overweight dumpsters, extended rental periods, extra trips, hazardous materials in the container, or damage to the dumpster.
Terms & Conditions
Please review the following Terms and Conditions. We strive to make this transaction as seamless as possible with no ambiguity, while ensuring compliance with changing ordinances and reporting requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about what can and cannot be disposed of in our dumpsters, please give us a call. By renting dumpsters from Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below:
MATERIAL:

Prohibited Materials:
Customers warrant that waste materials placed in roll-off containers provided by Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC will not include hazardous, toxic, radioactive waste, or unacceptable materials (e.g., wet concrete, adhesives, wet glue, wet paint, wet plaster, hot tar, or other substances requiring mechanical removal). Additional prohibited items include microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, monitors, and tires, as defined by applicable federal, state, or local laws. -
Ownership of Materials:
Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC assumes ownership of waste materials once they are loaded into our vehicles or delivered to a Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC transfer facility. Any prohibited materials discovered will be left at the customer's location at their expense. -
Indemnification:
Customers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC against all claims, damages, penalties, and liabilities arising from breaches of this warranty. If unacceptable materials result in fines for Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC, the customer agrees to pay the fine plus a 10% handling charge. -
Special Materials:
Notify us when booking a dumpster if you plan to dispose of materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick, asphalt, sod, sand, gravel, or roofing materials. -
Additional Charges:

Toxic liquids (e.g., chemicals, paint, oil): $250

These measures are designed to ensure safe transportation of loaded dumpsters. Prohibited materials must be removed before the dumpster can be moved. If discovered at the landfill, additional fees will apply.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Customers are responsible for all loss or damage (including theft) to the dumpster, excluding normal wear and tear or damage caused by Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC during drop-off or pick-up.

Do not overload, move, or alter the dumpster.

Customers are liable for overweight fines or charges caused by overload conditions.

Provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day. If the dumpster is inaccessible, a $100 trip fee will be charged.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY DISCLAIMER WARRANTIES:
Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damage to property (e.g., driveways, lawns, walkways) during storage or transport of equipment.

Equipment is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Total liability is limited to replacing or correcting nonconforming services or refunding the portion of compensation paid for such services.
OVERLOADING:
-
Dumpsters must be loaded level with the sides, with no material sticking out above the edge to comply with state load coverage regulations.

Customers are responsible for fines or violations caused by overloaded dumpsters.
-
Rentals include 3 tons of material. Excess weight will be charged as follows:
-
3-4.99 tons: $85/ton over 3 tons
-
5-5.99 tons: $95/ton over 3 tons
-
6+ tons: $100/ton over 3 tons

DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS:
Primo Dumpster Rentals LLC takes precautions, such as placing boards under wheels, to protect property. However, customers assume liability for damage to driveways, lawns, fences, or other property in designated drop spots.
CHARGES AND PAYMENTS:

Payment must be made via credit card or, for approved customers, a check within 10 days of invoice receipt.
-
Late payments may incur fees, not exceeding the maximum rate allowed by law.
-
Rentals exceeding 14 days are subject to a $10/day fee unless other arrangements are made.
MEDIATION/ARBITRATION:
In case of disputes, both parties agree to mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will follow. Costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SEVERABILITY OF PROVISIONS:
If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
